This privacy policy applies to the Pinly app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Patryk Borowski (collectively, the "Application"). Patryk Borowski is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Beta tester sign-up
If you sign up for the beta test through the sign-up form on this website, the Service Provider collects the email address of your Google account. This data is processed on the basis of your consent, solely in order to add you to the closed test track in Google Play and to contact you about the test. It is stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The data is deleted when the beta test ends, or earlier at your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to pinlybiznes@gmail.com.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Pinly is used to record information that may be considered health-related: substances and doses you enter, injection dates and sites, body weight, and any notes you add. This information is created by you and stored only in the app's private storage on your device.
The Service Provider does not have access to this information, does not transmit it to any server, and does not share it with third parties. It is never used for advertising or profiling. If you create a backup file or export your history to CSV, that file is written to a location you choose on your device, and what happens to it afterwards is under your control.
